On March 21, 103 years ago, the authorized person of the Armenian National Council Aram Manukian called on district bodies and committees for mobilization. The order N16 related to all men over 18 years old.
“By this, I order all district bodies or committees to compile and present a list of all men over 18 years old, living in the districts, on the 27th of this month, showing their age and occupation.
Also list soldiers in the military service who spend the night in their houses.
Homeowners who do not give the accurate testimony to district bodies WILL BE BROUGHT TO RESPONSIBILITY.”
